Description

Take a break from the workday and join fellow young professionals for a CVYP Wellness Hour focused on connection, movement, and a little midweek reset.

Miah, owner and instructor of MOVE with Miah Pilates Co., will guide attendees through an approachable, Pilates-inspired movement experience focused on intentional movement, breath, and body awareness.

Through gentle movement and mindful connection, attendees will have the opportunity to slow down, release built-up tension, and reconnect with their bodies during one of the busiest times of the year.

Rooted in MOVE’s philosophy of “No pressure, just presence,” this experience is a reminder that caring for ourselves doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, even a few intentional moments of movement can make a meaningful difference in how we feel, both physically and mentally.

Julie Grunklee will build on this experience by exploring practical ways to manage stress, practice gratitude, and establish healthy boundaries, especially as we head into the busy holiday season. From understanding how stress impacts our overall well-being to making intentional choices that support our physical and mental health, Julie will share simple, realistic strategies attendees can incorporate into their everyday lives.

Together, Miah and Julie will bring movement, mindfulness, and stress management full circle, helping attendees recognize the connection between how we move, how we think, and how we feel. Attendees will leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and equipped with practical tools to navigate the demands of work, life, and the holidays with greater intention.
