Take a break from the workday and join fellow young professionals for a CVYP Wellness Hour focused on connection, movement, and a little midweek reset. 

This casual event is designed to help you recharge, connect with others, and prioritize wellness, whatever that means for you. Whether it’s getting active, enjoying time outdoors, or simply spending time with other young professionals in the Cedar Valley, Wellness Hour is all about stepping away from the daily grind and investing in yourself. We’re finalizing the details for this event and will be sharing more soon, so stay tuned!
