As an Auto Care Center Manager, you’ll lead a fast-paced team focused on delivering exceptional customer service, solving problems, and providing the right automotive solutions. You’ll balance multiple priorities—from coaching and developing your team to driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring a great customer experience. What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop Auto Care Center Team Members to deliver consistent, high-quality service and customer experiences.
• Manage staffing, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance to ensure the Auto Care Center is staffed effectively and exceeds customer needs.
• Oversee daily Auto Care operations, including service estimates, sales, service quality, and customer issue resolution.
• Drive Auto Care Center sales and profitability by managing payroll, controllable expenses, budgets, and key business results. (selling, control expenses, hire/train/retain)
• Promote Fleet Farm products, services, loyalty programs, credit card, and other company initiatives while maintaining strong knowledge of automotive services and products. 

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license, required
• 3 years of automotive experience, preferred.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
