Join CVMA for a workforce development-focused quarterly meeting bringing together manufacturers, educational institutions, and workforce partners from across the Cedar Valley. Centered on CVMA’s Workforce Development pillar, the morning will focus on strengthening connections, increasing awareness of available resources and opportunities, and identifying ways to expand engagement across the manufacturing talent pipeline.

Attendees will hear a brief overview of the Cedar Valley workforce ecosystem and participate in interactive exploration stations focused on work-based learning, K-12 and postsecondary talent pipeline connections, workforce challenges and solutions, and a sample experience from Quest for the Crystals of Innovation.

Breakfast will be provided.

If your organization is a CVMA Member or Associate Member, please feel free to invite others from your team who are involved in manufacturing, talent development, education partnerships, or workforce strategy to join you for the morning.
