As the Associate Director you are leading the development, promotion, and daily operations of a state-of-the-art Automation and Robotics Center (ARC) to develop a regional hub for innovation, skills development, and career advancement.

Leads the Prairie on Farms program, developing expertise in seed-based prairie restoration and agricultural conservation programs; establishes relationships with rural stakeholders, provides outreach and education for selected Center projects; assists Director in seeking external funds for the program.
