CVMA - Work-Based Learning Submission Form

The Cedar Valley Manufacturers Association (CVMA) Work-Based Learning Form is designed to connect education and community partners with local manufacturers interested in supporting Career and Technical Education (CTE) and work-based learning opportunities. This form serves as a centralized place to submit requests such as job shadows, internships, classroom speakers, facility tours, internships, apprenticeships, real-world projects, or other career exposure experiences. Submissions are reviewed and shared with relevant CVMA members to help align opportunities with industry capacity and interest. Completing this form does not guarantee participation, but it allows us to better understand needs across the region and connect requests to the right partners.

Fields marked with an * are required.

Please verify that you have checked the “I'm not a robot” checkbox.
